Due to the fact that I feel burnt out on running it, I feel too much tension in the raid and our lack of consistency, I think it will be better for all involved if we disband this roster and possibly start over.

As I'm sure you've noticed, my time in game is low at the moment. So I am not sure I have the time to dedicate to being a raid lead.

Irenke has expressed the intent to start up another roster, I encourage all interested to speak with her.
