Iso'rath is a servant of the old Gods, so sorta close.

They've already admitted that reworking Azeroth -- while necessary -- seriously cut into their capabilities to complete everything planned for this expansion. I wouldn't be surprised if an old god was supposed to have included in Cataclysm (N'Zoth has been claimed to be behind Deathwing's madness, according to Blizzard employees at Blizzcon 2010, I believe), but they may not get around to it.

We still have 4.3 and Deathwing, so maybe we'll see it there.

yeah - who knows. Deathwing may not be the final boss. They are talking up this encounter like its going to be the most amazing thing since the dawn of television. So, im' a little piqued.

Dunno about you, but fighting Deathwing while on his back as he flies around sounds like alot of fun. I'd be a bit surprised if he wasn't the final boss.
